Arbitration
The appraisal
process, provided under policy, allows the vehicle
owner and their insurer to each choose
an appraiser and umpire to arrive at an agreement on the amount
of loss.
If you are not
aware of this provision provided under your
auto policy you may be settling your damage
claim without entirely exercising your rights.

- Direct
Appraisal works for the vehicle owner in the
appraisal process to establish the amount of
losses due after an injury and negotiate your
claim with the opposing appraiser
- If choosing an
independent appraisal service, other than Direct
Appraisal, ask if they regularly do
work with or for the responsible party - if
they do, it may be difficult for them to
represent YOUR interests
- Direct
Appraisal assists our customers through all the
necessary steps of dispute resolution and the appraisal
process
